Trade Shows We’re Attending in 2026: See Our Conversions Up Close
2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Buyacamper, and we’re hitting the road to attend a range of trade shows across the South West.
Trade shows are a huge part of how we connect with the campervan community. They give us the chance to meet customers face-to-face, hear your ideas and showcase exactly what makes a Buyacamper conversion special. There’s no substitute for real conversations. Trade shows allow us to answer questions, understand how you plan to travel and help you choose or customise the right conversion for your adventures. Many of our best improvements come directly from customer conversations. Trade shows help shape the future of Buyacamper conversions.
Photos are great, but stepping inside a Buyacamper van is even better. At our shows, you can explore layouts, test features and see the quality of our craftsmanship up close. Whether you’re new to campervans or upgrading your current setup, trade shows are the perfect place to gather ideas, compare options, and imagine where your next trip could take you.

One of our favorite local shows to kick start the year. This one is always a busy one with people planning ahead for the upcoming camping season.

Westpoint Exeter, Devon (Outdoor)
In the same setting as the Devon County Show, this outdoor event we will have campervans ready to go for the summer season.
Saturday 5th September 2026
Kingsbridge Agricultural Show, Devon (Outdoor)
This is a lovely local show where we get to connect with our local community. Wonderful fun day out for the family!
Friday 11th - Sunday 13th September 2026
Bath and West Showground, Somerset (Outdoor)
This will be our first time at Shepton for a few years and we are excited! Its a busy one with a great atmosphere.

A bit about Buyacamper…
Buyacamper was established in 1995, from our base in Bantham, South Devon, where we are still located to this day. We are now celebrating over 30 years of specialising in VW campervans. Our business has stood the test of time and has grown from a reputation that’s founded on our experience and knowledge.
Today Buyacamper looks a little different to what it did 30 years ago. We have moved with the times to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in our conversions, meanwhile keeping our core values and quality customer service at the heart of our business.
We mainly stock VW T6.1, T6 and T5 new and used vans, which we convert ourselves under the Levante Brand. Click on Levante Pro, Levante Six and Adventurer at the top the page for more information. We also occasionally stock VW T2, T25, T4, Auto Sleeper Trooper and Tridents from our part exchange option.
Since 2023 we now offer a quality Buyacamper conversion in a Ford Transit Custom, the Levante Custom! We do not generally keep these in stock but can build to order.

Meet the Team

Gavin Jones
FOUNDER
Gavin is the founder of Buyacamper and head of campervan sales. He is a fountain of knowledge, gained from over 25 years of selling VWs. Buyacamper started when Gavin needed a van to carry his windsurfing kit and chose the VW for its versatility and reliability. Many windsurfing sails and vans later, he has used his own experience to develop our conversions into what they are today.

Rhianna Howden
OFFICE MANAGER
Rhi has a hand in pretty much everything we do here at Buyacamper. From sales and marketing to systems and HR; she is the one ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible. She is a seasoned festival goer and enjoys them all the more for having a decent night’s sleep in a campervan! Rhi finds that campervan trips for her two adventure seeking kids are always a winner.

Alex Smallridge
AFTERSALES CARE
Alex is in charge of our aftersales care and upgrades. Once you have bought your Buyacamper campervan Alex is your go to for recommendations, advice and retrospective upgrades. Alex is the one who checks in on you to make sure you are a happy camper and are getting the most out of your campervan. She is also a seasoned camper and enjoys going to local sites close to where we live over the summer holidays with her family.

Tracy Jones
VAN PREPARATIONS
Tracy has a keen eye for detail and is in charge of preparing our vans before shows and handovers. She is our events stylist and oversees the stock vans specifications. Tracy has spent months at a time travelling around Europe in our conversions. She is the queen of the campervan kitchen and is known for her fabulous cooking, always with a bottle of champagne on the side!
